Two weekends ago Justin ran his first triathlon in Malibu. He swam 1 mile in the ocean, biked 18 miles, and ran 4 miles. He completed the race in 2hrs and 40minutes, which is pretty good for his first time. Zoe and I braved the crowds to cheer for him, although she seemed to sleep through most of the excitement!
