10 Months Old!!!!!!!!!!

Zoe turned 10months 2 weeks ago and she has had lots of motor milestones this past month - she started crawling! She is also pulling up to stand. She loves our cat, Iggy and chases her around the house from one room to the next. She is using sign language and tells us when she wants more and is all done. She also points to our nose and mouth when asked! And she is finally getting a little more hair.

Zoe LOVED easter. She has so much fun with all of her cousins and her friend Audrey! She really does like being around other kids. She thought the easter eggs were the best thing in the world! And she had lots of fun sitting in the grass (which she loves) and shaking her eggs! I think she could have done that all day long!

Our little Matzah girl

Zoe's first passover was lots of fun. She wore her matzah bib (but unfortunately no matzah for zoe, just squash!) And she was such a good girl! She was quiet through most of the Seder (except for the few little squeaks from Sophie the giraffe). We also gave Susan a workout picking up all of Zoe's toys (thansk, Susan!). And she even received a prize for the affikomen (thanks GRB & Ron!) She was a trooper, too; she refused to go to sleep until the very end when she just couldn't fight it anymore!!

9 Months Old!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Zoe turned 9 months a few weeks ago (but I've been very slow on posting)! She weighed 16.5lbs and was 27 3/4inches long. At the time she still refused to crawl (she's now crawling!!), but she would pull up onto her knees. She also started to point at everything! We have been working on pointing to our noses (and she's finally getting it!)

Match Day

While everyone probably knows by now that I matched at CHLA, I thought you might enjoy seeing a few pictures from the day. My best friend, Linslee, also matched into her first choice of psychiatry at UCLA. Zoe and Audrey (Linslee and Matt's daughter) were really cute together. Audrey loved giving Zoe kisses!

Hawaii

We had such an amazing time in Hawaii. Zoe was a great baby. On the flights, she slept during take-off and landing and played during the middle of the flight (she flirted with all of the people sitting near us!) She at first was hesitant of the pool and the ocean, but she loved the sand! And she was even ok with me dunking her a few times. She also loved spending lots of time with her Daddy! We really had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! I'm ready to go back!!
